REFUND POLICY

At Phrasal Verbs Explained, we aim to provide high-quality digital educational resources for English learners.

Due to the nature of digital products, refunds are generally not available once a purchase has been completed and the file has been downloaded or accessed.

However, we want you to be satisfied. We will consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of purchase for the following reasons:

  • Duplicate purchases: if you accidentally bought the same PDF twice, we will refund the duplicate charge. 

  • Unopened accidental purchases: If you bought the wrong item by mistake and have not downloaded or accessed the file.

  • Unresolved technical issues: If the file is corrupt or a system error prevents access, and we are unable to resolve the issue for you.

If you experience any issues with your purchase or download, please email us at the email address provided below with your order number and reason for your request, and we will do our best to resolve the problem promptly.

 

Please note that purchasing a product does not grant permission to redistribute, resell or share the files with others.
